DEATH OF GRANDPA ADAMS.
Grandpa Adams, who died Saturday, was one of the oldest residents of Galena, having lived here for twenty years. His age was about eighty. He and his wife, who survives him, were married 54 years ago. Mrs. Talmage and Mrs. Walker are daughters of the deceased. Grandpa Adams lived a life of usefulness, and his passing away elicits profound regret. The funeral was held this afternoon at 2 o’clock.
