Steve Randall Ward, 39, died Monday, Oct. 28, 1996.
A native of Clarke County, Mr. Ward was a son of Helen Tolbert Ward and the late Clyde Preston Ward Jr. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and was employed with L&L Construction Co., Jefferson. He was of the Baptist faith.
Burial will be in Woodbine Cemetery.
Survivors, in addition to his mother, include a daughter; and a sister.
