Nancy Carol King Morris, 82 of Hillsville, went to be with Jesus on Sunday, March 21, 2021, at her home.
Mrs. Morris was born in Wythe County to the late Frank and Ethel Sharp King.
In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Grady Morris; and sisters, Barbara Ann Slate and Betty Jo Griffin.
Survivors include her children and spouses, Ricky and Becky Morris, Vicky Alderman, Carol Ann Morris, and Timmy and Nancy A. Morris; grandchildren, Ryan and Lindsey Morris, Robby and Shanda Morris, Autumn and Matthew Fuller, and Skyler Morris; nine great-grandchildren, Andrew, Benjamin, Evelynne, Elliott, Asher, Truitt, Shepherd, and Penny Morris and Grady Fuller; brother-in-law, J.C. Morris; sister-in-law, Mary Ellen Quesinberry; and several nephews.
A private graveside service will be held at the Shockley Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel on Wednesday, March 24, 2021, from 12:00 until 1:00 PM. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
