Buried At Mission Cemetery Monday Afternoon.
C. Bunyan Mortimer died at his home near Winona Sunday night, July 15th, at the age of eighty-one years. Mr. Mortimer had been in failing health for some time but had only been confined to his bed for the past six weeks. He was a member of the Mission Baptist Church.
Funeral services were conducted Monday afternoon by Rev. V. E. Boston, pastor of the First Baptist Church of this city, interment taking place at the Mission cemetery
Mr. Mortimer is survived by the following children: Mrs. Tom Bamberg, of near Winona, George Mortimer, Winona, Chester Mortimer, of Jackson, Miss., and Mrs. Preston Durham, of Durant.
