Frances was the baby girl out of 11 siblings and the most spoiled. She was loved, appreciated, valued, and admired by many. Frances was a friend, a sister, a life partner, and a mother to not only her three daughters, but to a whole host of other children who came into her life. She was always honest even when it hurt and always knew what to say. Frances was not only a dedicated servant of the Lord, but a dedicated public servant, as well. She worked for Dale County Schools for over 20 years and became an influential and invaluable friend and mentor to students and teachers alike. She was an avid traveler, loved to shop, and you could always catch her watching her “stories” or a good ole Western.
