She is survived by her three sisters Farris Turner of Richmond, Ada Goodpastor of Mt. Sterling, Ky., Pearl Jackson of Paris, Ky., and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Claude Lewis Jr. and eight brothers and sisters.
Delores had no children of her own but was a mother to us all. Her one of a kind humor will be missed by all.
