Mary Lucille Dale Roach, age 87, of Rutherfordton, NC, passed away Friday, March 12, 2021, at her home.

A native of Alamance County, daughter to the late Arthur Guy Dale and Hester Jane McGinnis Dale.

A member of Long Branch Road Baptist Church, always loved helping others and will be forever remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and best friend to her daughter.

Survived by her son, Walter Dills; daughter, Marsha Nolen; grandsons, John Hardin and Joey Henderson; granddaughters, Jessica Heatherly and Chrystal Whiteside; and eleven great-grandchildren.
