Born on March 31, 1962, in Brooklyn, PA; daughter of Carlton Duane Sterling, Sr. and Dora Tillery Lewis; wife of Richard Wagner.
A loving wife and mother, known for her “Northern Humor,” infectious laugh and caring Spirit.
Worked for the South Carolina School for the Deaf and the Blind, loved puzzles, books, crochet, and cross-stitching.
Also survived by her son, Ryan Wagner (Sara); and granddaughter, Remeerae Wagner.
Predeceased by her brothers, Allen Lee Sterling Sr. (1953-2019) and Carlton Duane “Carl” Sterling Jr. (1955-2016).
