On October 1, 2016, at Calvary Baptist Church, he married LeahAnn Kaye Morris. Ed enjoyed Harley-Davidson motorcycles, woodworking, and was a diehard University of Michigan sports fan, but most of all he loved his wife and children.
Surviving are his wife, LeahAnn Schneider; a daughter, Ellie Schneider; two sons, Waylon Schneider and Wesson Schneider; his parents, Thomas & Sharon Schneider of Sheridan; a sister, Dawn Hopkins of Vickeryville; two brothers, Thomas & Denise Schneider, Jr. of Vickeryville and Richard & Marvid Schneider of Fenwick; parents-in-law, Jack & LeeAnn Morris; grandparents-in-law, Gilbert & Margaret Morris; siblings-in-law, Jedidiah & Brittany Morris, Jesse & Kami Morris, Spencer Morris, Sterling & Ruth Morris, Jericho Morris, and Lydia Morris; and many, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation is from 5-7 p.m. on Monday, March 15, 2021 at Beth Haven Baptist Church, 1158 W. Carson City Road (M-57), Sheridan, where funeral services will be held at 12 Noon on Tuesday, March 16, 2021. The Rev. Kevin Crowell, pastor of Beth Haven Baptist Church, will officiate and burial will follow at Sheridan Cemetery.
