Lena "Faye" Fleming, 96, of North Little Rock, passed away Saturday, March 6, 2021. She was born July 15, 1924 in Atkins, Arkansas to the late Perry and Wilma (Davis) Bridges. Faye served her country by working in two airplanes factories during World War II. She was a faithful member of First Pentecostal Church in North Little Rock and loved her church family. Faye enjoyed gardening and being outside. Her greatest treasures were her family, all of whom she loved dearly. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother. In addition to her parents, Faye was preceded in death by her husband and six siblings.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Peggy (Dwight) Flory of Austin, Charles (Nancy) Fleming of Orlando, Florida, Tony (Brenda) Fleming of Orange, Texas and Gayla (Randy) Males of Cabot; eight grandchildren, Jason Flory, Detria Birch, Tonya Fleming, Jeff Fleming, Anthony Fleming, Tiffany Gregory, Cody Males and Cally Males-Stevens; eighteen great-grandchildren; five siblings, Emma Welch, Laverne Underwood, Hubert Bridges, Loretta Taylor and Paulette Cochran, as well as many extended family members and friends.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 13, 2021 at First Pentecostal Church in North Little Rock with Pastors Joel Holmes and Nathan Holmes officiating. Interment will be 11:30 a.m., Monday, March 15, 2021 at Little Rock National Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m., Friday, March 12, 2021 at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home,
