This is a modern gravestone. The grave stone is incorrect in stating that Lane belonged to the Georgia Militia, it should read “North Carolina Militia.”

This can be found on the side of Abraham and Martha Lane's resting place. It gives a brief summarized account of their lives.

This is a picture of Abraham S. and Martha W. Lane's true resting place. The tombstone shown in other pictures was stolen from the first Lane cemetery years ago. Their original resting place has been incredibly disrespected by whoever removed the tombstone and placed it in the newer, preserved Lane cemetery located close by the original.
