Angela was the daughter of Emmett "Jack" Rouland and Lorene Rouland. She was educated in the Sumter County School System and was a Class of 1985 graduate of Americus High School in Americus, Georgia. She held several jobs including Cooper Lighting and Middle Flint Behavioral Healthcare until her health failed. She was a regular patience at the Davita Dialysis in Americus. She loved fishing and cooking and, along with her husband, was a hugh sports fan. She enjoyed NFL and NBA games and would support and attend SGCT Jets home games.
She was married to Alvin "Monk" Ingram for 30 years until his death. She was preceded in death by 1 sister, Teresa Rouland and 1 sister-in-law, Yvonne Thompson.
