Jerry loved singing and playing guitar. He was a great fan of Johnny Cash. He enjoyed fishing, working on cars in the garage, and dancing on Sunday’s at The Barn with his friends.
He is preceded in death his wife, Anna; daughter, Elizabeth; grandchild, Steven; and his parents, James and Nellie.
He is survived by children, Diana Thurston (James) and Angela Sellers (James); grandchildren, Sarah, Amanda, James, Ashley, John, Brandon, Jimmy, Jacob, and Kyela; great-grandchildren, Eva, Ashia, Layla, Isabella, and Noah.
Visitation will be held Friday, March 5 from 11 AM to 1 PM with Funeral Services beginning at 1 PM in Flanner Buchanan - Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St, Indianapolis. Burial will follow at Washington Park East Cemetery.
