Paul Francis Nagel, 80, of Elizabeth Lane, Waverly, Ohio, passed 9:29 a.m. Sunday, February 28, 2021 at Adena Regional Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio.
Paul was born July 12, 1940 in Fredonia, Pennsylvania, the son of the late Daniel Nagel and Alice Elizabeth (Kelso) Nagel. On November 16, 1985, he was united in marriage to Eileen (Perkins) Hopper Nagel, who survives.
Also surviving are three daughters, a son, six grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, three brothers, sister, and his favorite dog, Corky.
He was preceded in death by his parents, first wife, Esther Mae Nagel, sister, Edna Drapola and son-in-law, David Nickel.
Paul was a glass handler and worked for PPG and was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at the Boyer Funeral Home in Waverly with Rodney Bapst officiating and Military honors conducted by the American Legion Post #142.
Burial will follow in Millbank Cemetery, Fredonia, Pennsylvania on Thursday, March 4, 2021.
Family will receive friends at the Boyer Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday.
