Bequeaths his estate, real, personal and mixed to his children: Fannie E. Johnson, Alice T. McGowen, Millie C. Browne, Susan Ella Lavat, Emma Bird Browne, Columbus Grant, Clara Lee Browne, to be equally divided between them. As to his son John W.X. Browne, he left him $100.
