Married Robert N. Martin February 16, 2002 in the Herr Cabin at Lebanon Memorial Park. He preceded her in death in 2005.
Survivors include: daughters Teresa A. Pirtle, Cathy A. (Brian) Guthrie and Maryann (Jim) Pollock; son Michael T. (Jennifer) Newberg; grandchildren Christopher (Crystal) and Nicholas Pirtle, Jill and Claire Guthrie, Travis and Cody Surface, Jenna and Jack Newberg; great grandchildren Ava, Sophia, Austin, Hartlyn and Marshall; several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, brother Robert H. Edwards and sister Betty J. Fike.
1947 graduate of Arsenal Technical High School.
Retired in 2005 from the Boone County License Branch, and had worked at Diversified Systems in Indianapolis for 10 years.
Member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Lebanon.
She enjoyed reading, loved all kinds of animals, crossword puzzles, taking walks, computer solitaire, and crocheting.
Private family funeral services Tuesday, March 2 at Myers Mortuary, Lebanon, Indiana.
Interment at Lincoln Memory Gardens in Whitestown.
Memorial donations to the Humane Society for Boone County, Lebanon, Indiana.
