Brenda McCoy Harris, age 77, of Blacksburg, died unexpectedly Tuesday, February 16, 2021, at her home.
She was born in Christiansburg, VA on August 19, 1943, to the late Everett Douglas and Pauline Ury Croy McCoy.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Sherwood Harris.
She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Michele and Greg Dudash, Tracy and Mike Freeman; Son and daughter-in-law, Chad and Karen Harris; grandchildren, Scott Harris, Bryant Harris, Owen Freeman; sister and brother-in-law, Rhonda and Doug Minnix; several nieces and nephews, numerous cousins, and special friends at the Graduate School.
Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday, February 20, 2021, at 11:00 am in the Community Christian Church, McCoy with Mr. Chris Brandow officiating. Interment will follow in the Albert-Scott Family Cemetery, McCoy. The family will receive friends from 10 am until service time Saturday at the Church. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
