Michael L. Neff, 71, of Mill Hall, passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2021 at the Williamsport Hospital after a short illness. Born on September 5, 1949, in Lock Haven, he was the son of the late Glenn G. and Dorothy (Jeirles) Neff. In August 1969, he married Bonnie S. Catherman. Bonnie passed away in November 2019.

Michael was a 1967 graduate of Bald Eagle Nittany High School. He worked various places through out the years, but most recently, he was a Wool Spinner at the Woolrich Woolen Mills. He was of the Christian faith.

Michael enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a “Jack of all trades and a master of none”. He could fix anything that was broken and even things that were not broken. He loved old muscle cars and was restoring his 1967 Mustang. Michael was a simple man, give him his recliner, RC in a glass with a straw, and a good western movie on the TV and he was set for the day.

Michael is survived by his children: Michael D. Neff and his wife, Lori, of Lock Haven and Paula A. Leathers and her husband, Keith of Mill Hall, and two grandchildren: Josie Neff and Spencer Page. He is also survived by one brother, Sam Neff and his wife, Brenda, of Mill Hall.

Along with his parents and wife, Michael was preceded in death by five brothers and three sisters.

Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, a celebration of life will be held in the summer and will be announced.
