Brenda Gale (Primm) Ayers, age 77, passed away on Saturday, February 13, 2021, at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Brenda was born in Ashland City, Tennessee, on April 24, 1943, to the late Mack T. Primm and Icie Jackson Primm. Brenda was the retired owner and designer for Ashland City Florist. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gaylord Ayers; brother, Jerry Mac Primm; and sister, Nell Primm Kasnuck. She is survived by her nephews, Jerry (Velvet) Primm and Anthony (Gina) Primm; great-nieces, Alexis Primm and Sierra Primm; and great-nephews, Austin Primm and Dawson Primm; and a host of other extended family and devoted friends. Brenda was of the Church of Christ faith. She enjoyed traveling with Ashland City Senior Center on their many trips and could be found most every morning eating with her “Breakfast Club” as she called it. She was an avid Wednesday night Trivia player. Brenda will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Funeral service will be Saturday, February 20, 2021, at 1pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Miles Williams officiating. Burial will follow in EverRest of Cheatham, LLC in Pleasant View, Tennessee. Visitation will be Friday, February 19th, from 11am until 6pm and on Saturday before the service from 10am until service hour of 1pm. Serving as pallbearers are Austin Primm, Dawson Primm, Nathan Crouch, Randy Walker, Jay Primm, Stacey Duke, Brance Jenkins and Daniel Anderson.
