ADELINE L. BROWN, 88, formerly of Beechcrest Street, died Thursday at the Warwick Health Center.
She was the widow of Robert I. Brown.
Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Capone) DiNuccio, she lived in Warwick for 37 years.
Mrs. Brown had been employed at three former downtown Providence stores, Pinkerson's, Shepard's and The Outlet.
She was a member of Edgewood Congregational Church, Cranston, and had been a member of the Mnemosyne Society of Fine Arts in Providence.
She is survived by a daughter, a sister, a granddaughter and a great-grandson.
She was the mother of the late Harriet Brown and the sister of the late Argentina Patriarca and Joseph and Dan DiNuccio.
