Robert I. Brown, 80, of 35 Beechcrest St., a cost accountant with Winsor and Jerauld Mfg. Co., Providence, for 16 years before retiring in 1976, died yesterday at Kent County Memorial Hospital.
He was the husband of Adeline (DiNuccio) Brown.
Mr. Brown had previously sold stocks and bonds for several local banks including the former Providence National Bank, now Fleet National Bank.
Born in Newton, Mass., a son of the late Arthur I. and Harriet (Marcy) Brown, he had lived in Providence before moving to Warwick 26 years ago.
He was a 1929 graduate of Harvard University.
Besides his wife he is survived by a daughter and a granddaughter.
