Millersburg - Phyllis L. Moore, age 82, of Millersburg, Ohio passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at Majora Lane Care Center, Millersburg, Ohio following a period of declining health.

Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Monday, February 15th at Nashville Cemetery with Rev. Kevin Anslow officiating. Those wishing to share a memory or make online condolences may do so by visiting www.alexanderfhinc.com.

Phyllis was born December 14, 1938 in Nashville, Ohio and was the daughter of Russell and Dorotha Martin. On July 12, 1958 she married Robert J. "Bob" Moore, he preceded her in death on November 15, 2005.

Phyllis was a 1957 graduate of Nashville High School. She worked at Rubbermaid for many years and retired from OI. She was a member of Shaffer Memorial Chapel and was a 4-H advisor for many years. Phyllis loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed crocheting, making blankets for her grandkids and booties and hats for newborns. She was always giving and always doing for others.

She survived by her daughter, Cynthia Wallace of Millersburg, Ohio; 8 grandchildren, Wendy (Robert) Plank, twins; Travis (Traci) and Tyler (Kali) Wallace, Phyllis (Sonny) Tharp, Elmer (Dawn) Jones, Brandilyn (Jim) Proper, Marc Mellinger and Nichole Mellinger; great grandchildren, Sawyer, Vincent, Logan, Lincoln, Joey, Alexis, Ethin, Audie, Chyann (Jacob), Corbin, Zanah, November, Zadin, Noah, Elijah, Luke, Jennifer, Zander, Zevin, Zalaina, Brody, Cameron, Ashlynn, Preston and J.C.; and one great-granddaughter, Winnie.

She was preceded and death by her parents; husband, Bob Moore; daughter, Andreya Mellinger; a grandson, Bobby Jones; and siblings, Jean Frederick, Faye Holderbaum, Helen Sorenson, Georgianna Connor, Darwin Martin, twins; Marvin and Marion Martin, Linda Spurgeon and Robert Martin.

The family wishes to express a heartfelt thank you to Majora Lane and to Hospice for all the love, care and support that was given to Phyllis during her stay at the nursing home.
