Graveside service for Mrs. Marion “Bonnie” G. Nelson, 81 of Anniston, will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, February 12, 2021 at Anniston Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at Anniston Memorial Funeral Home from 9:00 am until 9:45 am.
Mrs. Nelson passed away on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Gene Nelson, Sr.; her parents, James and Lorene Elder; brother, Frank Elder; and her sister, Patsy Tant.
Mrs. Nelson was a fantastic cook with wonderful recipes, only she could “master.”
She was very sociable and loved talking to people.
Even though she had physical difficulties it never slowed her down.
She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, Mawmaw, Grandma, and friend, who was deeply loved and will be missed.
