HEPHZIBAH, Ga. - Mr. Troy Douglas Johnson, 38, of Bridle Path Dr. entered into rest on Tuesday, February 28, 2006 at his residence. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Hatcher, Chance & Hydrick Funeral Directors this Friday at 11:00 A.M. with the Reverend Ronnie Faircloth officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be, Buddy Johnson, Stephen Francisco, and Bobby Mills, Charlie Anderson Sr., Charlie Anderson Jr. , William Johnson. Survivors include his mother, Shirley Friar; his father, Douglas L. Johnson, both of Hephzibah; his son, Michael Anthony Johnson of Hephzibah; brother and sister-in-law, Darrell L. and Tammy Johnson of Vidette, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Teresa J. and Robert H. Riddle of Martinez; and his paternal grandmother, Gaye Johnson of Augusta. Mr. Johnson was a native and lifelong resident of Augusta. He was an engine builder with the Golf Cart Power Products Company and attended New Life Baptist Church.
