Funeral services for William B. Reeves, 83, were held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, Rev. Alton McMillan officiating, assisted by Rev. W. W. Coffee. Burial for the deceased, who died Wednesday at 4:30 a.m. followed in the Mt. Pisgah Cemetery, Spry directing.
Survivors include the widow; six daughters, Mrs. Thomas Hagan Fulmer, Mrs. John Thomas Vinson, Mrs. Ollie A. Patterson, Mrs. Lucian E. Vinson, Mrs. Robert M. Powers and Mrs. Hayden T. Jackson; two step-daughters, Mrs. Arthur George and Mrs. David Shoemaker; two brothers, Tom and Lottie Reeves; three sisters, Mrs. Margaret Madry, Mrs. Bettie Powers and Mrs. Mattie Peek; 22 grandchildren and 44 great-grandchildren.
