Mr. Cecil Audrey Bennett, age 56, of Crockett passed away Sunday, Feb 13, 1983, in Crockett. He was born in Houston County on December 27, 1926. He was employed for many years by Henry and Katie Arledge.
Survivors include sons, Gary Cecil and wife Debby of Crockett and Jimmy Ray and wife Carolyn of Taylor. Three grandchildren William Brent, Vicenta Jane and Waylon Matthew; brothers, Clifford of Ratcliff and Walter Doyle of Riverside; sister Edith Dewbre of Odessa.
Funeral services for Mr. Bennett were held Tuesday, Feb. 15, 1983 at 10:00 a.m. in the Waller Family Chapel with Rev. Kenneth Young officiating. Interment followed in the Weches Cemetery.
