She was a caring neighbor, as she would baby sit and look after all of the neighborhood children. Florabelle was devoted and was very active in the Pentecostal faith. Everyone knew Florabelle by her signature blue eye shadow and her jewelry. She loved her family dearly. Florabelle adored her only son, Jeffrey, more than anything. She will deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Florabelle is survived by her daughter-in-law, Monika Joines; sisters, Clara and Sharon; brothers, Jim, Will, Frank, Harold, Bob and Fred; and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Florabelle was preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey Joines; and brothers, Don and Larry.
Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, February 11, 2021. Burial will follow at Locust Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit from 11:00 am until service time on Thursday at the funeral home. Published in Courier Press from Feb. 8, to Feb. 9, 2021.
