She is preceded in death by her parents Reba Poling and James & Georgia Tilson; brother Bill Tilson; and beloved dog Jasmine.
Barbara is survived by her two children Jennifer Reedy and Justin Miller & his wife Cassandra; grandson who was the love of her life Sylas Blackwell; granddaughter on the way Evelyn Grace Miller; brother Dan Tilson & wife Alice; sisters Virginia Thompson and Terri Blevins; foster daughters Ciera & Sarah; special pets Crybaby, Emmy, & Apollo; and a very special cousin who she considered her sister Sarah Woodard.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, February 8, 2021, at Bradley’s Funeral Chapel in Chilhowie. The service will also be live-streamed via Bradley’s Funeral Home Facebook Page. Interment will follow at Ridgedale Cemetery in Rich Valley. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 PM on Monday at the funeral chapel. COVID-19 precautions are requested.
