Kathy Stewart Anderson, 61, of Statesville, NC, passed away on February 2, 2021, at her residence.

She was born on February 8, 1959, in Mooresville, NC to Kathleen McClain Morrow and Kenneth Stewart.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Anderson.

She is survived by her children, Rose Wyles (James Hudson), Jake Elliott (Anglea Reynolds), Crystal Anderson Hatley; grandchildren, Kelly Wyatt (Joseph), Kaitlen Anderson, Destiny Vanhoy; great Grandchildren, Kenzie, Natalie, Zoey, Lacey, Aiden, Avah; sister, Joanie Moose (Tony), Patricia Wallace (Danny); brother, Gary Stewart (Becky); and special friend, Teresa Jenkins.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, February 5 at Centenary United Methodist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice & Palliative Care of Iredell County, 2347 Simonton Rd, Statesville, NC 28625. Cavin-Cook Funeral Home & Crematory, Mooresville, is serving the Anderson family.
