The world lost an angel with the passing of Ronald “Ronnie” Carter on Sunday, January 24, 2021, at the age of 63.

Ronnie served in the US Navy for four years, he was on the USS Orion and was also stationed in Guantanamo Bay Cuba where he worked as a Dog Pound Master and a Fireman Apprentice.

Ronnie will be lovingly remembered by his beloved sister, Linda Leach and brother-in-law, Mike Leach, his brother, Frank Carter Jr. (Connie), his sister, Joni Collucci, his brother, Dean Volski, and his sister, Angela Volski. Ronnie will also be lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews, Jason Walden (Lori), Laura Burger (Tom), Felicia Beck (Kevin), Sara Wohlfrom (Jake), Michelle Volski, Jodi Glaser, Micah Carter (Christine), Grant Carter (Michelle), Monica Moore (Dan), Michael Volski (Bethany), Allison Volski, and Ryan Volski. Ronnie will also be fondly remembered by his many great nieces and nephews, Lucas and Bella Walden, Alex, Abby and AJ Burger, Mia Beck, Lonna and Jaxon Wohlfrom, Lexi, Jordan, Britney, Katelynn Roberts and Zoe Glaser, Frank “Frank O” Carter, Brennen, Trevor and Rowen Carter, Erica, Savannah, Carter and Stephen Moore, and Charlie Volski.

Ronnie was predeceased by his Mother, Josie R. Volski (nee Gollaway), his sister, Anna Arnold (nee Carter), his brother, Frankie Volski, and niece, Robyn Volski.

Ronnie will always be remembered for his kind heart, loving nature and willingness to help anyone in need.
