Bonnie Lee Potter, 77 of Conover, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, January 25, 2021, at Catawba Valley Medical Center surrounded by her family.

Born on April 9, 1943, in Watauga County NC, Bonnie was the daughter of the late Pink Mack and Mary Lee Ellison.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Danny T. Potter, and her daughter, Sarah Moses.

Those left to cherish her memory are 2 daughters, Linda Allison and husband Daniel of Conover, Vennie Potter of Boone; a son, Rickie Potter of Hickory; 3 grandsons, Christopher Moses, Adam Flowers, and Kenny Potter; 3 granddaughters, Jennifer Lail and her husband Kelly, Tabitha Cornelius and husband DeShar, and Angel Moses; 6 great-grandchildren, Kody, Jaden, Tyler, Sarah, Lillian, and Leah.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, January 29, 2021, at 2:00 pm at Catawba Funeral Home with Pastor Robert Ashe officiating with burial to follow at Catawba Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the funeral home. The Potter Family is under the care of Catawba Memorial Park, Funerals & Cremations.
