Vincent Aragón, age 62, peacefully went to be with the Lord on April 13, 2020.
Vincent was born on January 27, 1958 in Tularosa, NM to Ramón and Molly Baca.
Vincent retired from Tularosa Public Schools in 2015, after 20 plus years of service as a custodian. Vincent also worked at the Inn of the Mountains Gods and at Fort Stanton.
Vince enjoyed drawing, dancing, hunting, hiking, camping, fishing, looking for arrowheads, rocks and antlers. Vincent especially loved being around the grandkids and family.
Vincent leaves behind four biological grandkids, eleven step-grandkids and numerous nieces and nephews. Vincent is also survived by his son, Vincent Aragón Jr. and his wife, Rebertha, his 20 year partner, Cruzita Mendez and her children, Renee, Christina and Timothy, brothers, Raymond Aragón and his wife, Emma and Cruz Aragón and his wife, Karen, all of Mescalero, NM, sister, Pauline Holland and her husband, Steve of La Luz, NM, sister, Marie Sánchez and her husband, Michael, sister, Kathy Aragón, sister, Monica Voorbach Moheit and her husband, Kevin, brother, Martín Baca and his wife, Sylvia, brother, Carmen Baca and brother, Johnny Baca and his wife, Veronica, all of Tularosa, NM.
Vincent was preceded in death by his father, Ramón Aragón, his mother, Molly Baca and step-father, Carman Baca.
A Rosary will be recited on May 1, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. with Mass immediately following at 10:00 a.m. at St. Francis de Paula Catholic Church with Father Marcel Okonkwo, Celebrant. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Tularosa, NM.
