Mrs. Rose Falk, 73. who had been residing at Meyers Nursing Home. 815 Ceape St.. died Tuesday at 2:30 pm. at Mercy Hospital, where she had been a patient two days. She had been in ill health two months.
She was born in De Pere on April 20, 1833, daughter of Jacob and Magdalena Strauss, and was married here on Aug. 23, 1909. to William A. Faik. ho preceded her in death on Oct. 21, 1955.
Mrs. Falk was a member of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church and Grace Circle of the church.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Frank J. Percey. Oshkosh; two sons. Milton W. Falk, Oshkosh, and Arden E. Faik. Anderson. Calif., one sister, Mrs. Mary Miller.Oshkosh: and five grandchildren.
Services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Clarence Koepsell officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Friends may call at Marquardt Funeral Home from 4 p.m. Thursday until 11 am. on Friday, and at the church on Friday from noon until the hour of services.
