Florence was an accomplished Entrepreneur, an Artist and published Author, she was the founder, President and CEO of Training Dynamics Institute. (TDI)

She is survived by her husband of 14 years, Jack, children Mark (Tatyana) Fred, Michelle (Gary), Bob (Marsha), Jack (Mary), Susan, and grandchildren Daniel, Elena, Joshua (Alona), Tseniya (Evgeny) and great-grandchildren Daniik, Anya. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Jerry.

Florence Rogers founded Training Dynamics Institute, Inc. (TDI) in 1983 and served as President and CEO. TDI was an international woman owned small business, an Executive Search Firm, and state-of-the-art Technology Training company. Their consulting approach, skill sets and experience with a broad range of industries, Commercial, Federal Government, and International clients, enabled them under her leadership, to provide needed market intelligence, critical to making the right decision regarding very important hires. TDI had a thirty-two year history and track record of building executive teams that positively impact client performance.

Mrs. Rogers career, spanning many years in executive search, provide her first hand awareness regarding today's most successful management practices. She has worked with many different business cultures in the private and public sector as well as international clients.
