Mary E. Hamilton, 60, 248 October St., Hanover, died Friday at the Hanover Nursing Center.


She was a member of the Milton Christian Church.


She is survived by her husband, Donald I. Hamilton; one son, Brion P. Hamilton, Madison; two daughters: Peggy L. Hamilton, Madison, and Leticia B. Boldery, Indianapolis; her mother, Gertrude Mahoney, Hanover; four sisters: Evelyn Wingham and Bonnie Tilley, both of Milton; Margaret Purvis, Hanover; and Virginia Youngblood, Madison; three brothers: Charles Denver Mahoney, Madison; Larry Mahoney, Lexington; and the Rev. Monty L. Mahoney, English; four grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.


She was preceded in death by her father, the Rev. Lucian Mahoney; by one son, Donald Ray Hamilton; one brother, Norman Mahoney; and one grandchild.


Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Vail-Holt Funeral Home Hanover Chapel, with burial in the Moffett Cemetery.


Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Saturday and after 9 a.m. Sunday until time of the service.


Expressions of sympathy may be made in donations to the American Lung Association.
