Nora Dell Johnson, age 84, of Fairdale, Kentucky returned to her Heavenly Father on Friday, January 22, 2021. Nora was born in Hardin County, Kentucky on June 30, 1936 to the late Lee and Nettie “Jackson” Underwood. She is preceded in death by her husband, Porter Johnson; children, Walter Mattingly, Melvin Mattingly, and Charles Mattingly; parents; and siblings. She leaves to cherish her memory her son, grandchildren, several grandchildren; great grandchildren; and great- great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. Funeral service will be held at 2pm on Friday, January 29, 2021 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with burial at Penn Run Cemetery. Friends and Family may pay their respects on Friday from 12pm until time of service at the funeral home.
