Mr. Joey Dewayne Frazier, age 58, of Summerville, passed away on November 25, 2020, at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville.
He is preceded in death by his father, Ben Horn: sister, Glenda Faye Horn: and brother, Jim Horn.
He is survived by sons and daughter in law, Sam and Cassie Frazier of Chatsworth and Nathan Frazier of Athens, TN: daughter, Christi Frazier of Chatsworth: fiance, Kim Carlton of Summerville: grandchildren, Morgan, Tyler, Emma, and Anna Frazier, Ethan, Landen, and Noah Lederer of Chatsworth, Jenni, Jordon and Jeffrey Collins of Chattanooga, Hailey Frazier, Jayla Frazier, Ashlyn Frazier: brother, Mike Horn of Nashville: a very special niece Tracie Mathews, several nieces, and nephews also survive.
The memorial service for Mr. Frazier will be held on December 5, 2020, at 12 pm. At The Place To Worship with Pastor Jeff Johnson officiating, The address to the church is 259 Old Landfill Road Chatsworth GA 30705.
