Was Brother Of Late Pat Harrison

Robert B. Harrison, 79, brother of the late Senator Pat Harrison, and father of a member of the Jackson police force, died in a local hospital Saturday.

He had suffered a long illness and been a patient in local hospital for a lengthy periods.

A retired railroad man, Harrison had been a telegraph operator for the Columbus and Greenville Railroad for many years. He was a member of the Methodist church. Harrison made his home in Kilmichael. He was a native of Crystal Springs.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lottye G. Harrison, Kilmchael; one son, Edwn B. Harrison, on the Jackson Police Force; two daughters, Mrs. C. B. Martin, West Concord, Mass., and Mrs. Carease Walker, Morgantown, North Carolina; one sister, Mrs. Mauree Kennedy,. Crystal Springs.

Funeral services will be at the family residence at Kilmichael and the Rev. Supthin officiating, interment will be in the Kilmichael cemetery.
