Jewell Dean Trump, 74, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on January 20, 2021. Jewell was born on August 14, 1946 in Madison, Tennessee to the late Jewell Eugene and Bessie Mae (Downs) Wheeler. Her parents could not agree on her middle name, so they named her after her nurse, who's name was Dean.
Dean was married in 1963 and had 2 children, David and Jeffrey. Dean and her first husband later divorced.
She then married Larry LaVern Trump on January 18, 1971 in Marion County. They later divorced.
She was retired from Lane Bryant and currently was owner of J. Trump Design. She was a member of Heartland Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents in 1992 and 1993; her step-mother, Evelyn Sue (Crick) Wheeler in 1994; her ex-Husband, Larry LaVern Trump in 1999; her siblings, Sue McGee in 2010, Sandra Kaye Holland in 2008 and Jerry Wayne Wheeler on January 8th; her brothers-in-law, Dillard Wayne Holland in 2010 & Jimmy Ples McGee in 2009; & her sister-in-law, Linda Jane (Furlong) Wheeler in 2016.
She is survived by her sons, David (Lori) Akers and Jeffrey Akers; grandchildren, Justin, Jeremy and Austin Akers; two great-grandchildren; brothers, Buddy Young, Eddie Wheeler and Roger Wheeler, 3 sister-in-laws, Patricia Wheeler, Suzanne Wilson, & Aleena Wheeler, as well as her nieces and nephews, Jennifer (Jay) Hatfull, Angela (Steve) Matney, Jody (Daniel) Wilhoite, Missy Wheeler, Chrissie Grogan, Donna Kay Cozad, Jimmy R. (Terri) McGee, & Ashlee Chance, her great-nieces & nephews, Brady Hatfull, Aisley Jewell Hatfull (her namesake), Thomas Chance, Noah Chance, Abby Chance, Mandy McGee, as well as many other family members and friends.
Services will be private. Burial will take place at Floral Park Cemetery.
