His mother and father remember him as being very exuberant and full of life when he was young. He gave almost every sport a try. He loved playing with Nerf guns and Legos. As he grew older, he became more introspective and further developed his love of music.
He is survived by his parents; paternal grandfather; and many aunts, uncles and cousins who love him dearly. Philip is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, James and Lenora Ballou; paternal grandmother, Shirley Meyers; and maternal uncle, Ed Ballou.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 from 11 AM to 1 PM and the memorial service at 1 PM at Castleton Community Church, 5825 E. 91st St, Indianapolis, IN 46250. Burial will take place in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
