Roberta Elizabeth Moore, 76 years old, of Kingdom City, Missouri passed away on Wednesday,January 20, 2021, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia, Missouri.
Roberta was born October 9, 1944, in Fulton, Missouri, the daughter of the late James Nichols and the late Mary Ellen (Yake) Nichols.
Roberta was united in marriage to Harvey Moore and he survives her passing.
Prio to retirement, Roberta was commited to teaching 5th grade for more than twenty years. She loved to play and watch sports, especially basketball, and swimming in her spare time. She enjoyed driving around town, shopping, arts and crafts, recording and watching TV.
Roberta will be fondly remembered by her husband, Harvey; daughter, Michelle Robbins (Lyla) of Fulton, Missouri and Melissa Fisher (Randall) of Fulton, Missouri; sister-in-law, June Nichols of Kansas City, Missouri; grandchildren, Ryan Oberlag and Brooke Fisher.
In addition to her parents, Roberta was preceded in death by her brother, Daniel J. Nichols.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton, Missouri with Reverend Mike Halderman officiating. Friends will be recieved from 5:00pm until 7:00pm on Monday, January 25, 2021 at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Callaway Memorial Gardens and Mausoleum.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to North Callaway School District.
