Michelle graduated from Shenendehowa high school and following graduation she joined the work force. Michelle was a dedicated employee of the Golub Corporation (Price Chopper) as their Maintenance Parts Buyer for the past 25 years.
Michelle was a lover of animals and being outside. She enjoyed spending time in her gardens and camping with her friends and family. She loved the ocean and captured a lifelong dream of visiting Alaska in 2012 with her daughter Amanda. Above all, she loved being with her family and being with her grandkids.
Michelle is survived by her father, Jon F. Ferguson and his wife, Diane; her daughter, Amanda Brink-Forrest; her grandchildren, Thorin and Ronan Brink-Forrest; brother, Jon C. Ferguson and nieces, Heather Ferguson and Meghan Ferguson.
Michelle is predeceased by her mother, Barbara Swint.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Friday, January 22, 2021 from 5:00-7:00pm. Here, guests will be able to share their condolences through a live video feed connected to the family inside while staying in the safety of their vehicle as they pass through.
Memorial donations may be made in Michelle’s name to St. Jude’s Hospital and Research Foundation, National Breast Cancer Foundation, and ASPCA in lieu of flowers.
