Daughter of George and Sylvia Wilson Reed.
Married Daniel Ira McBride September 16, 1961 in Greensburg, Indiana. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include children Kimberly (Jene) McVay, Duane (TJ Booth) and Dean (Francine Stewart) McBride; grandchildren Jonah Reed McBride Booth, Mason Daniel McBride, Abigail (Chuck) Ballentine, Charles Casey (Laura) McVay and Elizabeth (Kyle) Miller; great grandchildren; Westan and Everett Ballentine, Anna, Amber and Aubrey McVay, and Eiley and Emilia Miller; sisters Billie (Jerry) Williams and Roberta Hartwell.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, granddaughter Katie Danielle McVay, siblings Stanley Reed, Mary Wainscott, Dorthy Seibel, and Betty Wells.
Graduate of Greensburg High School.
She worked in accounting for many years for Top Value Fabric and then Conseco in Indianapolis.
She enjoyed hosting family gatherings, was very devoted to her grandchildren, and liked to go dancing, bowling, and visit casinos.
Private graveside service at Ladoga Cemetery.
Memorial donations to the Alzheimer’s Association.
