Lucille is my great-great-aunt.
Lucille Jensen, age 77, passed away peacefully on Oct. 10, 2007 after a Long Illness at her home surrounded by her loving Family. Lucille was born on April 14, 1930 in Fountain Green, Utah to Francis Loren and Ingeborg "Bobbie" Madsen Jensen. She attended school at Fountain Green Elementary and Moroni High School. She married Ralph Wilson on Nov. 23, 1947. The marriage was solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple in 1955. They later divorced. She married Terry C. Jensen on March 22, 1986. Terry was the love of her life and they were very devoted to one another. Lucille and Terry were the center of their large four generation family. Lucille was fondly referred to by all as "Grandma Lucy." Mom's home was the center of our family and was always full of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was loved by all and very special to each on of us. We will remember how she enjoyed holding the newest baby at Christmas parties. Our yearly family reunion was considered the event of the year because she made it so special. We will always remember the traditions and memories that she shared with us. Lucille was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served as Primary president, Visiting Teacher, Relief Society president, and other callings. She loved the temple and had a strong testimony of the Eternal Family and the Savior, Jesus Christ.

Lucille owned and operated the Fountain Green Cafe, managed the Moroni Processing Plant cafeteria, and Mom's House Catering. She was well known for her wonderful meals and loved working together with her family. She was a talented seamstress, gardener, and enjoyed the outdoors. She loved traveling, camping, and spending time with her large family. She was an active member of the community and served on the Lamb Day committee for nearly 20 years. She also served as Justice of the Peace, an EMT, and was the Fountain Green Citizen of the Year in 2006. She had compassion for those in her community and everyone was welcome in her home. She was a trusted friend to many.

Funeral Services were held at 11:00 AM on Monday, October 15th 2007 at the Fountain Green Ward Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Friends attended a Viewing at the Fountain Green Ward Chapel on Sunday Evening from 6:00-8:00 PM and one hour prior to Services.
Lucille was laid to rest following the conclusion of the Funeral Services at the Fountain Green City Cemetery.
REST IN ETERNAL PEACE AUNT LUCILLE.
