Born March 16, 1938, in Franklin, Tenn., to Samuel and Ella Dell Woods Bybee, she married James Steven Lewis on July 15, 1972, in Galesburg. He survives.
Also surviving are one son, Charles Dillon Jr. of Galesburg; two daughters, Mrs. David (Deanne) Cherrington of Galesburg and Toni Raska of Tulsa, Okla.; two brothers, Lacey Bybee of Columbia, Tenn., and Samuel Bybee Jr. of California; and three sisters, Laura Webb of London, Ky., Marie of Washington state and Dorothy White of Knoxville.
Three sisters and three brothers preceded her in death.
She worked for Admiral Corp. in Galesburg.
Burial will be in Knoxville Cemetery.
