Mrs. Idella G. Goetz, 4639 College Ave., who died Tuesday in Methodist Hospital, was buried today in Crown Hill Cemetery following services in Hisey & Titus Mortuary.

A native of Argenta, Ill., Mrs. Goetz had lived in Indianapolis most of her life and attended Shortridge High School and Manchester College. Daughter of the Rev. David O. Darling, former Indianapolis minister, she was the widow of Albert H. Goetz, former insurance representative, who died in 1936. She was an active member of the Meridian Heights Presbyterian Church 30 years and a member of the White Cross Guild, the Woman's Christian Temperance Union and the Naval Officers Mothers Club.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Montrew Dunham, Indianapolis; a son, Byron Goetz, Chicago; two brothers, Charles and David Darling, Indianapolis, and three grandsons, Stephen and Andrew Goetz, Chicago, and Charles Dunham, Indianapolis.
