Jacquelyn Hager Price 1931 - 2016
Jackie, 84, of Denver NC, passed away Tuesday August 16 2016 at Catawba Regional Hospice. She was the daughter of the late Russell Thompson Hager and Margie Cashion Hager.

Jackie was a member of New Covenant United Methodist Church in Mt. Holly and of Denver United Methodist Church. She was a graduate of Rock Springs High School in Denver and retired from American and Efird Mills in Mt. Holly.

She was married to the late Harry Brown Price, Jr. for 55 years. She is survived by her daughters Vicki Price Clark and husband David Kemp Clark Jr., Leigh Ann Price Welborn; siblings Charles Hager and wife Hilda, Ann Hager Cloninger and husband Ray, Emily Hager Murr, Sue Sherrill and husband Tony, Jane Thomas and husband Marvin, sisters-in-law Ann Price, Sara Lea Price, brother-in-law Danny Price and wife Pam, nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly, and special friend Ruby Fitzgerald. The family expresses sincere gratitude to her caregivers from Visiting Angels, Huntersville, and the caring staff at Catawba Regional Hospice, Newton.

A Memorial Service conducted by Pastor Steve Autrey will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday at Denver United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends following the service. Interment was private.
