Carole Sue (Riggs) Morris was born December 3, 1952 to Francis Keith Riggs and Gwendolyn (Fire) Riggs in Clinton, OK and passed away Wednesday, January 6, 2021 in the Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City from complications of Covid-19.
Carole was raised in Clinton and attended Clinton Schools through the 11th grade. She moved to Oklahoma City where she graduated from Southeast high school in 1972. She was employed with Sears in the credit department as well as the United States Postal Service. She later attended Cosmetology School and worked in various shops in the Oklahoma City area.
She married Michael Morris on November 18, 1994 in Moore, OK. They were active member of the Indian First Baptist Church of Moore, OK.
She was a proud member of the Cheyenne/Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma; she enjoyed making shawls; her grandchildren were her pride and joy; she often attended their school activities and events. She loved taking pictures with friends and relatives.
