Steven Anthony “Tony” Thomas, 53, Muncie, passed away Wednesday, January 6, 2021, at his home. He was born Monday, August 28, 1967, in Landstuhl, Germany, the son of John W. and Marjorie Jean (Denney) Thomas. Tony was a very loyal man, to his family and to his friends. He was always there for you if you needed something. He had a wicked sense of humor and a quick wit. Tony loved sports and was an avid Colts and NASCAR fan. He worked as a correctional officer. Tony honorably served his country in the United States Army.

Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 11, 2021, at Elm Ridge Funeral Home, 4600 West Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, Indiana 47304

Military Rites will be conducted by Veterans of Delaware County Honor Guard. Private burial will follow in Elm Ridge Memorial Park. Family and friends may call from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. Monday at Elm Ridge Funeral Home.
