Sylvia Jean Dula, 76, of Granite Falls passed away on Sunday, January 3, 2021 in Florida. She was born February 8, 1944, daughter of the late William Harley and Margaret Dula.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by siblings, Isaac Smith, James Dula and Roger Dula and also nephew, Wes Lunsford; brother-in-law, Thomas Lunsford.
Those left to cherish her memory are fiancé, Jim Loebig of Summerfield, FL; sons, Keith Icard and wife Dede of Buffalo, NY, Kenneth Icard and life partner Eric Young of Hickory, Kevin Bryant of San Antonio, TX; daughter, Kathy George and husband Tim of Tampa, FL; grandchildren, Cassie Icard, Jennifer Icard, Lauren Bryant and fiancé Tyler Markel, Destiny Vanacore and husband Robert, Hope Gasch and husband Tim, Faith George; great grandsons, Bennett Reese Markel, Elliott Gasch, and Oliver Gasch; sisters, Linda Lunsford, Brenda Gilbert and Mary Spencer; also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive family and friends on Thursday, January 7, 2021, at Mackie Funeral Home from 6:00 – 8:00 PM
